Lyle P.
“Lyle P. – Grounded.” Lyle P. is the author of "Grounded" in the Big Book. He and two other men were the first airline pilots ever arrested for flying while under the influence. After losing FAA licenses and serving time in prison, his recovery in AA helped him make a miraculous comeback.

Lyle P from Stockbridge Georgia tells his story at the 2014 Crested Butte Mountain Conference. He is a member of the Comanche Nation and his last drunk made national news for weeks on end.
Lyle P. AA Speaker Meeting
Lyle P is from Atlanta GA, he is Native American and speaking at the Sioux CIty Tri-State Roundup in Sioux City held in 2016. Lyle got sober in 1990 and this recording was mislabeled as an Al-Anon speak, but I was far enough along at editing before that registered as incorrect so I kept going, he has been on the podcast before and carries a solid message, so Ill try for Al-Anon tomorrow!
